  • Is parking available for guests?

    Yes. The venue includes 18 private parking spaces, plus over 140 nearby municipal and public parking spaces within walking distance. All vehicles and personal property must be removed by the end of the event, and guests must vacate the property by midnight.

  • Can we bring our own vendors?

    The venue provides a Preferred Vendor List for catering, bar service, bakeries, florists, DJs, and decorators. Outside caterers may be approved upon request. There are no restrictions on photographers or DJs.

  • Do vendors need insurance?

    Yes. Caterers and third-party vendors must be licensed and carry a minimum of $1,000,000 in liability insurance. Bartenders must be BASSET certified.

  • When can vendors set up?

     Vendors may access the venue during your scheduled rental period. Standard wedding packages include access beginning at 10:00 AM.

  • Who handles cleanup after the event?

     Clients are responsible for removing decorations and personal items at the end of the event. Caterers are responsible for

    bussing tables and cleaning kitchen areas. Trash cans and an on-site dumpster are

    provided.

  • Are cleaning fees included?

    A mandatory $250 cleaning fee applies to all rentals. Additional charges may apply for excessive trash, damages, or failure to clean designated areas.

  • Is event insurance required?

    Yes. Proof of event insurance is required no later than 30 days before the event. Policies must name A Place for Space Properties L.L.C. as an additional insured. The venue can recommend insurance providers upon request.

  • What is included with the venue rental?

     Rental packages include tables and chairs, basic linens for up to 100 guests, kitchen access, Bose sound system with SiriusXM, Wi-Fi, handicap-accessible facilities, and on-site Venue Hosts during your event.

  • What are the venue rental hours?

     Standard wedding rentals include access from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM. All music, alcohol service, and events must end by 11:00 PM in accordance with local ordinances.

  • Can additional hours be added?

    Yes. Additional rental hours may be purchased in advance. Overtime fees apply to events extending beyond the contracted timeframe.

  • What is the venue capacity?

    The venue accommodates up to 300 guests for receptions and approximately 220–230 guests for indoor ceremonies.

  • Will venue staff be present during the event?

    Yes. One or more Venue Hosts will be

    on-site during your event to assist with venue operations, vendor coordination,

    restroom maintenance, lighting/sound adjustments, and trash management.

  • Can we provide our own alcohol?

    Yes. Clients may provide their own alcohol, but all alcohol service must be handled by a professional bar service company with

    BASSET-certified bartenders. Bar service must end by 11:00 PM and is limited to a

    maximum of five hours.

  • Are there decoration restrictions?

    Yes. Only freestanding decorations or items attached with approved drafting tape or wire ties are permitted. Open flames, confetti, glitter, rice, balloons, flower petals, birdseed, nails, staples, duct tape, and double-sided tape are prohibited. All decorations and personal items must be removed at the conclusion of the event unless prior arrangements are made.


  • What are the payment requirements?

     Wedding package deposits begin at $1,000 and may increase based on guest count. Final balances must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the event. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and money order.

  • When does venue access begin?

    Standard wedding rentals include access beginning at 10:00 AM. Earlier access and rehearsals may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

  • Are DJs, bands, and live music allowed?

     Yes. Live bands, musicians, and DJs are

    permitted. All music must remain at reasonable sound levels and end by 11:00 PM in compliance with local ordinances. The venue also includes a Bose sound system with SiriusXM access.
